all items must be in the original packaging and not worn

all returns sent without email confirmations will not be accepted

returns can be made for store credit refunds only

We do not offer return labels for EU/GLOBAL customers (Canada, USA only)

The return label fee will be deducted from your credit

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your items to initiate a return

EXCHANGES: we suggest that you order the correct size or item that you want and return your other item. Customers are in charge of covering for shipping fees for an exchange

WARRANTY: we warranty all our products of manufacturing defects. Damage from normal use is not covered

SHIPPING: all orders will be packaged and shipped within a 3-4 days delay after the order is placed.
