RETURNS: all items such as belts, hats, caps and accessories are final sales

All discounted items are final sales also

before sending a item back, you must email us at vulgusthreesixfive@gmail.com and state the reason of the return

all items must be in the original packaging and not worn

all returns sent without email confirmations will not be accepted

returns can be made for store credit refunds only

We do not offer return labels for EU/GLOBAL customers (Canada, USA only)

The return label fee will be deducted from your credit

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your items to initiate a return

EXCHANGES: We offer size or product exchanges. We suggest that you order the correct size or item that you want and return your other item. Customers are in charge of covering for shipping fees for an exchange

WARRANTY: we warranty all our products of manufacturing defects. Damage from normal use is not covered

SHIPPING: all orders placed before 2pm monday to friday will be shipped same day. If ordered past 2pm, order will be shipped next business day

A order confirmation email will be sent after order is placed and a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once package is sent

We ship from Montréal, Canada. All orders going outside of Canada may be subject to duties and fees witch are the customers responsibilty to cover.

If packages are resent to us for incorrect adresses or issues that are not our responsibility, a flat rate 20$ cad restocking fee will be charged

Usa transit times: 2- 7 days

Canada transit times: 1 - 5 days
